Drop off/Pick ups are by appointment only and are to be made between the following hours:

Monday-Friday: 7:30 am to 6 pm
Saturday: 8am to 4pm
Sunday: 1pm to 4pm

After hours pick up:
Within 1 hour of closing: $25
Within 2 hours of closing: $75

We will not allow any drop off or pick ups after 9 pm unless it is an emergency.

• Tours are on Saturdays between 10am and 12pm by appointment.
  
• Please keep drop off/pick up times to a minimum.  
  
• Airport parking not permitted.

Please keep in mind that we are a mom and pop shop so it's important that you schedule an appointment during the above hours to drop off or pick up your dog. If an appointment can not be made during these hours than it must be made for the previous or following day.
